Easy Street & Fourth Ave

When I haven't been cutting these kinds of strings.....

I have been working with this kind!!

This is the first time I have used the 'Easy Angle' ruler.

I have to say it definitely is a great way to make flying geese with small strips.

I have managed to make some headway and catch up to the program.

I am not doing it quite as scrappy as most.

I am keeping my purples to 3 constants and hoping it works out.

Poor Colleen has been held hostage since I have had her ruler!!

I even managed to get part 4 done!!

I see the light at the end of the tunnel!!

I can only hope you are not as bored as Dawson has been with my sewing!!

If only she knew how to vacuum!!

Today is our Guild Christmas Lunch and gift exchange.

Let's see who goes home with my little gift bag!!

  2. Sharyn, we have a few things in common. I've not used the specialty rulers before, either. My first try was OK, but this last week it seemed to go much better. My quilt isn't very scrappy, either. I just couldn't find a lot of fabrics I wanted to use, but I think it will turn out pretty anyway. :)

  4. Can't wait to see what all your gift exchange items are - your group are a talented bunch and all seem to have 30 hours in the day while we poor Weyburnites only have 24 hours in our days! :o) Merry Christmas!
