Alpaca farm

MWe found one Carlynn!!!

The babies were so adorable we had to stop...

This woman's face was in the parking lot
A little creepy but amazing work with metal....

There is some crazy talent in this world

So back to the alpacas .....

They had just been sheared and were looking pretty skinny...

Above the barn was her little boutique...

Filled with all kinds of treasures made of alpaca wool...

She was time consumingly combing out all the bits of hay stuck in the wool...

Her Great Dane was as big as an alpaca and had a bed of wool....

There were all kinds of felting and weavings...

Amazing spun wool... Yup had to get one of these too!!!

Beautiful fashions,,,,

Wool socks ....

 And blankets....

Sweaters....

Then it was back to Quebec City to meet up with some friends we met on a cruise a few years ago....

We explored the Via station....

Which is still in use ....

Not quite grand central but equally charming...

On a smaller scale....

Old Quebec is all steep hills and like lost tourists this was our only option to get back to hotel....

After nearly killing Bob and Monic we found this carriage....

And decided it was auch better plan!!!

Bob made sure our driver was fluent in English so we could understand what we were about to see....

It was so refreshing to have translators along and be able to not have to work so hard to figure out what everything said...

It was great to see Bob and Monic again. Who ever thought our paths would cross again!!

Please, excuse any spelling mistakes!! Between autocorrect and the blogger program words get changed out of my control!!!
