it's been a year since our first stay

We went back this past weekend....

We loved it so much we booked again for 2018!!
Every cabin and wagon has it's own unique character

Owner, Greg Hisey has done an amazing job with his eye to detail...
We used the church to its full potential starting with breakfast
and
ending the day, playing cards into the night!!
The dogs, Brewer and Molly were just as glad to see us all again.
We played them out throwing the stick!!
Bink was there to greet us with his smiley face.
This was our room in the Hatton Cabin this year.
So cute!!

My sister, Larissa and Shaun came to hang out with the Marcottes
They stayed in the Senate Sheep wagon.
A little tight for a guy whose over 6'....
When Shaun went for breakfast one morning,
he unknowingly locked the door on his way out.
Larissa tried texting him.
She heard a ding in the wagon....that's not going to help..... he left his phone in the wagon.

She texted me next
but
I had to get a pic before releasing her!!
We had fabulous weather with a quick shower of rain....
to beautiful sunsets every night.
We had supper one night at The Star Cafe in Maple Creek,Sk
There are so many nooks and crannies to sit and hang out in the summer breeze
It was great to hang out with my sister for the weekend at such a great venue.

We also took in the quilt show and Heritage Festival in Maple Creek...
